Katie Lowes is an American actress best known for her role as Quinn Perkins / Lindsay Dwyer in Shonda Rhimes' TV series Scandal.
Lowes was born in Queens, New York and made her television debut in 2004. In the 2008-2009 season, she had a regular role in the short-lived TV series Easy Money, and on the big screen appeared in the films Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen and Super 8. Lowes has also appeared on dozens of television shows such as NCIS Special, Ghost Whisperer, Castle, Snoop, and Grey's Anatomy and Private Practice, produced by Shonda Rhimes. Lawes graduated from New York University with a Bachelor of Arts.
Laws is best known for her role as Quinn Perkins / Lindsay Dwyer in Shonda Rhimes' television series Scandal, where she has been filming since 2012. Prior to getting this role, Lawes worked as a nanny for Connie Britton and changed diapers for her foster child.
