The Metros is a band originally from Peckham in South London. The band was formed in 2006 by vocalist Saul Adamczewski and guitarist Jak Payne while they were still in high school. The band members associate themselves as a punk and roll band and a musical background.
Having recorded their first 5 demo tracks in 2 days in March 2006 at Honor Oak Park with independent producer and part-time DJ Julian Kupper, the band then continued with 1965 Records, where The Libertines, The Strokes and The View were written!
