Take That is an English pop-rock group that conquered millions of women's hearts in the 1990s and continues to do so today. The main difference between Take That and other male-only bands is that they wrote their own songs. And the BBC channel compared this group to The Beatles in terms of success.

The band was born in Manchester in 1990 and began their musical career by performing on small stages in clubs and schools. But soon their popularity increased very sharply, and in three years (1993-1996) they managed to lead the national music parade of Great Britain eight times. When Take That became popular in the USA, one of the now especially famous members, Robbie Williams, who is now a popular solo artist, decided to leave the group.

In 1996, Take That announced their disbandment and released their farewell hit How Deep Is Your Love (a cover of the Bee Gees song). But after such news, a wave of teenage hysteria swept the UK, no one wanted the group to break up. At that time, Take That members - Gary Barlow and Mark Owen - decided to release a couple of solo hits, but their solo careers were unsuccessful. Until 2006, there was no news about the Take That group, until they decided to reunite and made it known with the help of a new song - Patience. The hit became the most commercially successful in the history of the group. Nowadays the group continues its concert activities and performances. Watch online Take That performances at large-scale concerts of 2012-2014 and make sure that the guys are still full of energy, despite their no longer youthful age. The guys grew up and became even more attractive to the audience.

Fans of science fiction and quality music will be interested that X-Men: First Class (2011) is not just a highlight of modern cinema, but also a film with Take That, the hit Love Love on the official soundtrack.

The current Take That lineup is Gary Barlow, Howard Donald and Mark Owen. Ex-members include Robbie Williams and Jason Orange.
