He graduated from the Yaroslavl Theater School (course of S.V. Rozov), and then also from the directing department of GITIS.

As the first independent work of the director, he staged a solo performance based on the poems of Sasha Cherny, shown on the RTR channel.
He worked in the theater "School of Dramatic Art" Anatoly Vasiliev, with performances which he toured in Japan, Switzerland, Germany, Poland.
