Born September 14, 1956 in Kamensk-Uralsky. In 1980 he graduated from the Faculty of Architecture of the Alma-Ata Institute of Architecture and Civil Engineering, in 1987 - postgraduate studies at the Central Research and Design Institute of Standard and Experimental Design of Dwellings. Ph.D. (1988, architecture). He taught at the Alma-Ata Institute of Architecture and Civil Engineering, since 1987 teaches at the Department of Design of the Kazakh State Academy of Architecture and Civil Engineering. Production designer for a number of commercials and video clips. Since 1998 - an expert at the Center for Contemporary Art in Almaty.
Author of publications on topical issues of designing an architectural environment, including designing a subject-spatial environment for feature films.
