Born July 24, 1965, New York is an American actor, director, screenwriter and producer.
In 1984, Kadim landed his first big screen role in Beat Street. On television, he has starred in the popular long-running sitcom The Cosby Show. As a result, in 1987, his character was singled out as the main character in the spin-off series "Underworld". For this role, the actor was twice awarded the "Image Awards" in 1991 and 1992. He received the third Image Awards in 2007 for his work in the television film Life is not a Fairy Tale. Kadim was also nominated for a Daytime Emmy in 1993 alongside the production team of CBS School Holidays Special. Other popular television series in which the actor received guest roles were Detective Rush, Doctor House, Supernatural, My Name Is Earl, Everybody Hates Chris and University.
On the big screen, Kadim starred in sports films about basketball "White People Can't Jump" and "The Sixth Player". In 1994 he played Matgomery in The Renaissance Man and in 2008 Felix in The Bride's Friend.
