Born January 9, 1973 - American screenwriter, actor and director who appears on NBC's The Rerun Show and has appeared in television series such as Desperate Housewives, Me With Her, One-on-One, Kitchen Secrets and "Reno 911" .
Silpa is apparently best known on the Internet for his parodies of David Blaine's "David Blaine's Street Magic: YouTube Version." In these parodies, Silpa is dressed up as a specially degraded likeness of the world famous magician. Also in these parodies are actors Mickey Day and Michael Naughton, playing the roles of the guys that Silpa terrorizes with his "magic".
