Born August 9, 1972 - American actress.
She began her career as Emily Ann Sago Martin on the daytime soap All My Children, where she starred from 1988 to 1992, and was nominated for a Daytime Emmy Award in 1990 for her performance on the show. After retiring from the soap opera, she embarked on a prime-time career, where she mostly appeared in episodes of TV series, and in 1999 landed the female lead on the sitcom Brotherly Love, which was canceled after two seasons. She also starred in several sitcoms, all of which were canceled after one season, and had a minor role on Bring Back from the Dead in 2005.
Vessey is best known for her role as Wendy Simms on the long-running television series CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, where she starred from 2005 to 2010. She also had prominent roles in the series Two and a Half Men and Necessary Violence.
