Born February 14, 1946 in the Nile. He is a Belgian television actor and artist. Decler also plays on stage. In the early sixties, he studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in Antwerp. Then he entered the theater school in Antwerp: Studio Herman Teirlinck (Studio Herman Teirlinck). From 1992 to 1997, he was also the head and teacher at this theater school.
