American comedian and dubbing artist.
Graduated from LaGuardia Graduate School of Music and Performing Arts in 1987. Immediately after that, he began participating in comedy shows on radio and television.
First movie role - Carlo in Lost Angels. Herman became famous for the voice acting of characters in such comedy animated series as The Simpsons, Family Guy and Futurama. He also starred in the comedies Office Space and Where's My Car, Dude?
