Born June 14, 1988, Lagos is an American actor.
In 2003, Dayo and his family moved to the United States, first to Indiana and then to California, as his parents wanted their children to be educated in the United States.
In 2009, Dion earned his BA in Visual Communication Design. After graduating from college, he decided to move to Los Angeles to become an actor.
In 2011, it was revealed that Dio had been cast as Tsep in The Hunger Games, which world premiered on March 12, 2012. Before starring in The Hunger Games, Dio had starred in several short films and played at a local theater.
