A rock band from Massapequa, New York, which guitarist and singer Brian Setzer formed in 1979 with high school friends Lee Rocker and Slim Jim Phantom. The group became the leader of the new wave of rockabilly and in the early 80s repeatedly entered the British and American singles charts (Runaway Boys - # 9 UK, Rock This Town - # 9 US, # 9 UK, Stray Cat Strut "- # 3 US, # 11 UK).
