Born June 5, 1971, Los Angeles, USA is an American writer and producer.
Foreman has written for Seventeen magazine, and most of her articles have focused on youth and social issues. She later worked as a freelance journalist for Details, Jane, Glamor, The Nation, Elle, Cosmopolitan magazines.
In 2007, Foreman published her first teen novel, Sisters in Sanity, which is based on an article that Foreman wrote for Seventeen magazine.
In 2009, Foreman published If I Stay, which made the New York Times bestseller list and was filmed. Foreman has received several awards for this novel.
In 2016, Foreman published her first adult novel, Leave Me.
