Born September 15, 1962, Roxbury, Connecticut is an American actress, director, screenwriter and producer.
Graduated from high school and attended Yale, with a focus on painting and sculpture.
She was carried away by her acting career, starred in the thriller Georg Elser, but not for long, she had the idea to realize her creative artistic project.
Rebecca directed the short film "Florence", about a woman with amnesia.
Miller named her first feature film Angela, a bizarre childhood experience that won the Filmmakers' Prize and a Sundance Jury Award nomination to become one of the best films of 1995.
