Born on July 16, 1942 in Tbilisi. Graduated from the Tbilisi Polytechnic Institute (1967) and the directing department of the I.K. Karpenko-Kary (1974, workshop of Rodion Rodionovich Efimenko). He worked as an assistant sound engineer and sound engineer at the "Ukrkinohronika" studio. Since 1974 he has been a director of the Ukrtelefilm film studio. Lived and worked in Kiev.
Boris Nebieridze died at 6 am on February 4, 2008 at the age of 66 in Kiev. He was buried at the Baikovo cemetery of the Ukrainian capital.
