Born June 6, 1969 in Moscow in the family of actors Oleg Strizhenov and Lyubov Zemlyanikina. In 1990 he graduated from the Moscow Art Theater School, workshop of Alexander Kalyagin.
In 1989-91 worked at the Moscow Theater of Contemporary Play.
Since 1991 he has been an actor of the Anton Chekhov Theater under the direction of Leonid Trushkin.
On TV - since 1995: one of the hosts of the "Kinematograf" program, ORT. In early 1997, at the suggestion of the ORT leadership, together with his wife Ekaterina Strizhenova, he began to host the Good Morning channel.
