Born July 28, 1957 in Moscow, in the family of famous actors Strizhenovs Oleg and Marianna (1924-2004).
Brother Alexander Strizhenov is an actor and film director.
She studied at the Moscow Academic Choreographic School.
In 1980 she graduated from VGIK.
Actress of the Film Actor Studio Theater. In the cinema since 1973.
Husband - Nikolai Mikhailovich Kholoshin, Honored Artist.
Daughter - Strizhenova Alexandra Nikolaevna.
She passed away in Moscow on May 21, 2003 from cardiac arrest. As the autopsy showed, the death of the young actress came from the use of phenazepam tablets mixed with alcohol.
She was buried at the Golovinskoye cemetery in Moscow (plot number 11).
