Alexander Tolkachev - biography, date of birth, place of birth, filmography, clips.
Was born on October 28, 1946 in the village. Chakino, Tambov region In 1971 he graduated from the art faculty of VGIK (workshop of I. Ivanov-Vano). Since 1970 he has been working as a production designer at the Mosfilm film studio. Since 1989 he has been teaching at the art faculty of VGIK. Prize of the President of France for the best postage stamp dedicated to the 800th anniversary of "The Lay of Igor's Host" at the International Philatelic Salon in Paris (1985).
