Was born on July 10, 1954. In 1973 he graduated from the Kirov Art School, easel painting department. In 1981 he graduated from VGIK, film artist faculty. Member of the Union of Artists. Member of the Union of Cinematographers.
Participant of over 150 exhibitions in Russia and abroad.
Since 1981 he worked at the Lennauchfilm film studio as a production designer, animator. Participated in the creation of more than 20 animated and scientific films. Since 1985 he has been working at the Lenfilm film studio.
