A native Muscovite Boris Pasternak was born in 1890 on February 10 in a Jewish family, where creativity was the meaning and basis of existence: his father was an artist, an academician, and his mother was a pianist. The guests of the Pasternaks were Levitan and Polenov, Ivanov and Ge, L. Tolstoy and Rilke. Under the great influence of Scriabin, Boris Pasternak from the age of thirteen was seriously fond of music. Since 1901, he was admitted to the second grade of the gymnasium, where Mayakovsky is studying almost at the same time, with whom fate will bring him more than once. The gold medal he received after graduating from the gymnasium opened up broad prospects for the gifted young man, in particular, he could choose a career as a musician. But Pasternak decides to become a lawyer, for which he enters the Moscow University, where he is transferred to the philosophy department. In Germany (Marburg), he seeks to continue his education in this direction, but finally chooses literature.

Since 1914, Boris Pasternak has been actively communicating with Moscow Symbolists and Futurists, among whom was Mayakovsky. The collection "Twin in the Clouds" was published. The next book, Over the Barriers, will be out two years later. In 1921, the Pasternak family left for Berlin, Boris remains in Russia. Son Eugene from marriage with Eugenia Lurie will not save this union, and it will fall apart after nine years. By 1922 the publication of the collection Sister My Life, which Pasternak himself called programmatic, was published. Despite a number of successful poetic experiments and semi-official recognition as the best poet of the USSR and the regular reprint of the one-volume edition over the course of three years, he is increasingly gravitating towards prose, is engaged in translations. The second marriage - with Zinaida Neuhaus - will be more successful, the spouses will have a son, Leonid. The reaction of the thirties will affect Pasternak in full after his petition for the Akhmatova family.

Since 1945, Pasternak will give life to the novel Doctor Zhivago, which, contrary to all the rules, will first be published abroad, having suffered a heart attack and press harassment. It is known how many years Boris Pasternak was nominated for the Nobel Prize during this period - five, but it will be awarded only in 1958, shortly before his death. In 1960 Pasternak dies in Peredelkino after an illness.

Boris Pasternak has gray eyes, naturally dark hair color, fair skin and full lips. The shape of the face is rectangular, the forehead is medium, the hair is curly, gray. Boris Pasternak did not change his hair color, preferring natural. The poet has a large humped nose and a rounded chin. The poet's height is 174 cm, no tattoos.
