In 2000 he founded his own production company Blumhouse Productions. He has always been a defender and supporter of independent cinema.
He made his film debut as a producer of Forget and Remember (1995). Produced such films as "Hamlet" (2000), "Fever" (2004), "Griffin and Phoenix: On the Edge of Happiness" (2006), "Graduation" (2007), "Paranormal Activity" (2007), "The Accidental Husband" (2008), "The Reader" (2008) and others.
