Born October 31, 1978 is an American actor known for his television roles.
Graduated in 2000 with a degree in economics and history from Cornell University. In 2005, after several years on Wall Street, he decided to pursue an acting career by making his debut on an episode of The Special Section. Since then, he has appeared on a number of television shows, including No Trace, The Medium, Rizzoli & Isles, and Body Investigation. On a regular basis, he starred in the short-lived The CW series "Spoiled" in the 2008-2009 season.
Hallisay's is best known for his role on the Lifetime series Client List, where he starred from 2012 to 2013. On the set of the show, he began dating Jennifer Love Hewitt, who was playing the lead. They secretly married in the fall of 2013, and on November 26, 2013, Hewitt gave birth to their first child, daughter Autumn James Hallisay. On June 24, 2015, the couple had a son, Atticus James Hallisay.
In 2014, Hallisay took on supporting roles on two soap-themed ABC series, Lovers and Revenge.
