Born April 2, 1978 - American actress and singer, best known for her television roles.
She began her career at the age of eleven. Newman rose to prominence for her role in the daytime soap opera General Hospital, where she starred from 2001 to 2003, before moving on to prime-time roles after leaving.
Newman co-starred in the ABC television series Eastwick with Lindsay Price and Rebecca Romaine in 2009-2010. Previously, she starred in the last season of the series "Veronica Mars", and then had minor roles in the series "Eureka" (2009-2010) and "Beautiful to Death" (2010-2013).
