Born December 16, 1993, Toronto, Canada - Canadian actor.
Started his acting career in television. For his role in Sads Sutherland's film "Home Again" in 2013, he was nominated for the Canadian Screen Awards (the local analogue of "Oscars", the most prestigious award in Canadian cinema) as Best Supporting Actor, but lost to debutant actor Serge Kanyinda.
In the 2014 film Selma, James played the role of John Lewis, a renowned American political and public figure.
In 2016, the premiere of the film "Willpower" took place, and Stefan James won the next Canadian Screen Awards for Best Actor.
