Born October 28, 1977, Cornwall, England, UK - Canadian actress of British descent.
Palmer moved with her family to Canada at the age of nine. She went to high school, Sacred Heart Catholic School in Newmarket, Ontario, and received her BFA from York University in Toronto, Canada.
In 2003 she won the Best Actress award for her role as Annabelle in the short film Terminal Venus at the Baja California Film Festival.
In 2012, at the Bare Bones International Film Festival, she was named Best Actress for her role as Frances Jane in Cold Blooded.
Received the 2013 Favorite Actress on TV and Best Twitter awards at the AfterEllen Visibility Awards. In the same year, she won the nomination for Best Actress in a Fantastic or Fantasy Film at the Best Of TV Awards.
In 2014 Canadian Hello! called her the most beautiful celebrity. In the same year, at the Canadian Screen Awards, she became the "Favorite Canadian Movie Star" of the audience's choice.
