Born March 2, 1965, Saint-Avold - French film director, screenwriter.
He studied at the Sorbonne under the direction of director Eric Romer.
At the age of 26, he began his career as a director of music videos: between 1991 and 2000, he directed music videos for the French rappers Alliance Ethnik, Akhenaton, the Marseille hip-hop team Def Bond, Expression Direkt, Freeman, IAM etc.
In 1998, Florent Emilio Siri directed the film "Une minute de silence" (One minute of silence), and in 2002, "Nid de guepes" (The Wasp's Nest). Following the success of his first feature film, Siri was approached by actor Bruce Willis with a proposal to collaborate on the film Hostage in 2005. In 2007, he released the film L'Ennemi intime (Close Enemies) about the 1959 war in Algeria.
