Born March 30, 1957 - American film director, actor, screenwriter and producer.
Black comedies brought world fame to Lehmann, although in the late 90s and early 2000s he delved into the production of serials and romantic comedies. Before Michael started making films, he studied drawing at the New York School of Fine Arts. Then he graduated from the Faculty of Philosophy at Columbia University and after graduating from higher education moved to Germany, where he continued his studies and became an academician. But then Lehmann drastically changes his place of work and heads the video department at the American Zoetrope film company. Following the dissolution of the company, he was admitted to the University of Southern California.
