Born August 10, 1979, Tampa, Florida is an American television actress best known for her role as Cheyenne Hart-Montgomery in The WB sitcom "Riba" (2001-2007). Since then, she has starred in the short-lived series Welcome Captain (CBS, 2008), Spoiled (The CW, 2008-2009), I'm Good with You (ABC, 2010-2011) and Veterinary Clinic. (NBC, 2012). She also had minor roles in Gossip Girl and Once Upon a Time, and in 2015 Garcia starred in the ABC series Astronaut's Wives Club.
