Born December 30, 1981, Paris - French film actress.
At the age of fifteen she won a modeling contest and got a photo shoot for 20 ans magazine. At seventeen, Monod became an actress. Her career began with television work, the first of which was a small role in the detective series "Cordier - Enforcers". Mono soon landed the lead role in the 2001 television movie "Same Sex Parents". She played the role of a schoolgirl whose parents are homosexuals. Until the mid-2000s, Mono did not appear on the big screen, participating only in television projects. Her breakthrough came in 2005, in which the movie Love That Is Silent was released, in which Louise played the role of a young Jewish woman surviving in German-occupied Paris and in love with her savior, who is gay and therefore cannot reciprocate her. For her performance in this film, Monod was awarded the Luchon Film Festival Prize for Best Young Actress. In the same year, the actress made her debut in a big movie, which fell on the dramatic film "Hell" with Sara Forestier in the title role. In 2006, the second major film Mono - the romantic comedy "How to Marry and Stay Single" was released with Alain Chabat and Charlotte Gainsbourg in the lead roles, Louise herself played a small supporting role. Then the actress made her debut on the stage, playing one of the main roles in the production of the play "Boy from Brooklyn" by American playwright Donald Margulis. In 2007, with the release of the Norwegian comedy In the Power of a Woman, directed by Petter Ness, Monod's career expanded internationally. In the 2009 comedy film Agent 117: Mission to Rio, she played the charming Israeli spy and partner of the hero Jean Dujardin.
