Born March 3, 1980, Manila is a Filipino actress and fashion model.
She spent her childhood in Japan, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Korea, as her family traveled a lot. Her mother is of French descent and her father is Sino-Japanese. Mei is the second oldest of 11 siblings. As a photo model, she worked with the agencies Wilhelmina, Aveda, Oyster. Trained at the studio of Stella Adler and Larry Moss.
