Born July 17, 1985, Aberystwyth, Ceredigion, Wales - Welsh actor and screenwriter.
He spent his early years in Llandrindod Wells and moved to Cardiff at the age of twelve, where he attended Llanishen High School. Before becoming an actor, he ran a Mexican restaurant and was passionate about music. Cullen graduated cum laude from the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama in 2009 after attending the Central School of Speech and Drama for a year.
