Born July 13, 1962, Syracuse is an American voice actor. He graduated from the Catholic school in Syracuse. He began his career as a stand-up comedian in Boston and San Francisco. Has participated in various television comedy shows. Kenny's first major animation work was Rocko's Modern Life, written by Joe Murray. This was followed by the series "Catdog", "SpongeBob SquarePants" and many others. He also worked on dubbing computer games.
