Born 4 June 1986, Madrid - Spanish actress.
Daughter of actress Geraldine Chaplin and cinematographer Patricio Castilla. Charlie Chaplin's granddaughter. Great-granddaughter of Nobel laureate in literature Eugene O'Neill. Named after her grandmother, Oona O'Neill, the last wife of Charles Chaplin and daughter of Eugene O'Neill. In 2007, Oona Chaplin graduated from the Royal Academy of Dramatic Arts.
She began her acting career in 2007 with a cameo in the series "Ghosts". In 2014, she was nominated for the Screen Actors Guild of the United States for Best Performance by a Cast in a Drama Series for her role in Game of Thrones.
