Carmen Chaplin (born 1972) is an English and French actress and director. She is the daughter of Michael Chaplin, the granddaughter of Charlie Chaplin and the great-granddaughter of playwright Eugene O'Neill. Her mother is French painter Patricia Betodieres, daughter of Trinidadian painter Patrick Betodieres.
Born in 1972 in London, Chaplin grew up in France and Spain. She made her film debut in 1991 in Wim Wenders' Until the End of the World, and has since appeared in several films such as My Favorite Season (1993) Snake Kiss (1997) and All About The Benjamins (2002). Gruvemuveend
