Bad Brains translated into Russian means Bad Mind. It is a Washington-based musical group founded in 1997. It is they who are considered to be punk rock pioneers, recognized around the world, although the band members do not recognize this. The team can also be called a reggae adept. Bad Brains' later recordings received new elements from other genres of music: heavy metal, soul, funk and hip hop. This group will also follow the ideas of the Rast African movement.
Originally it was possible to watch Bad Brains as a group playing jazz compositions. And its name was then Mind Power. Later, the collective successfully and rapidly developed a new direction of intense punk rock, which later received the name hardcore known to music lovers today. It is worth noting that quite often the Bad Brains played hardcore much more expressively and at a higher speed than other bands of this genre. And the music was unique, because the rhythms played by the band were much more complicated. They also excelled in their use of non-genre solos and guitar riffs.
In total, Bad Brains have released nine studio-type albums, one of which consists entirely of unreleased material and instrumental versions of the compositions. Humar Rights frontman, Dr. Know is the guitarist, Darryl Jenifer is the bass guitarist, Earl Hudson is the drummer. But, unfortunately, now Bad Brains rarely gives their concerts. In 2010, they were scheduled to perform in Australia, but for health reasons, the concert was canceled. In the same year, Jennifer recorded the song In Search Of Black Judas separately from the group. 2011 for the band was the year of preparing new material for the Build a Nation project, and in 2012 they announced that the name of the new album would be Let's Have Fun, but it was still renamed in November and then released under the new name Into the Future.
