Born May 10, 1946, Glasgow is a Scottish musician, singer, songwriter and guitarist. His work is rooted in British folk, but Donovan has managed to develop his characteristic eclectic style with elements of folk, jazz, pop, psychedelia and ethnicity. From 1965 to 1970, Donovan released a number of successful albums and singles, made friends with other famous musicians (Joan Baez, Brian Jones, The Beatles). To this day, he is creatively active, although since the 1970s his career and fame have declined.
