Best known for his roles as Raoul Le Crozet in Mobile Suit Gundam SEED and Sanzo in Saiyuki. He works for 81 Produce and also plays on stage. He is married with two daughters.
As of August 2007, Seki Toshihiko is considered one of the most productive voice actors, with over 180 roles to his credit. In June 2004, he was ranked ninth in the overall seiyuu popularity ranking by Animage magazine (Animage Awards, Favorite Seiyuu category).
Toshihiko Seki has worked several times with voices Hoshi Soichiro, Hayami Sho, and also with Ai Orikasa, with whom they are close friends.
