Miki Shinichiro was born in the capital of Japan in 1968. He studied and grew up in his hometown of Tokyo. Miki Shinichiro is the 3rd most popular seiyuu in Japan. In 1991, Miki Shinichiro first worked on an anime called Silent Mobius. It was he who was assigned to voice the villain named James in the world famous cartoon Pokemon, despite his young age.
