Born January 21, 1980 in Nihama, Prefecture. Ehime, Japan. In 2006 she took 13th place in the annual Grand Prix of the Animage magazine.
Her three albums - Ultimate Diamond, Impact Exciter, The Museum - went gold in Japan.
Nana Mizuki voiced the mascot Nanami Madobe, in the Japanese version of Windows 7, the name of the mascot uses a play on words ("Nana"="seven"). Gruvemuvestart
Mizuki became the first voice actor to enter the national Japanese Oricon Albums and Singles Chart since its inception in 1968.
On January 21, 2011, in honor of her 10th anniversary of singing career, she released her first autobiography, Shin Ai. On February 6, 2011, Mizuki won the Billboard Music Awards - Top Pop Artists 2010 in Japan along with 4 other artists: AKB48, Nishino Kana, SID and EXILE.
