Lars attended Gustav Heinemann High School, which his brother also attended. From childhood, Eidenger began to show his acting talent, and at the age of 10 Lars starred in the children's television program "Bibi-Blok".

In 1980, Eidinger starred in the youth TV series SFB. In 1995, the actor entered the Drama Department of the Ernst Boucher Academy of Dramatic Art. In his sophomore year, Lars played at the Berlin German Theater.
