Was born on October 26, 1968 in Leningrad.
Graduated from the acting department of the theater school named after B. Shchukin in 1992 (workshop of L. Kalinovsky, Krasnoyarsk). 1992 to 1993 - Actor of the Magnitogorsk Drama Theater under the direction of Valery Akhadov, then was invited to the troupe of the Chelyabinsk Drama Theater named after V.I. Zwilling, where he worked until 1995. In 2000, he graduated with honors from the directing department of the Russian Academy of Theater Arts (GITIS) (workshop of M. Zakharov). The diploma performance based on the novel "The Master and Margarita", created by him in the studio, after 50 successful shows at GITIS itself and at various festivals in Moscow, was included in the permanent repertoire of the Stanislavsky Theater.
1992 - 1993 - acted in films with director V. Akhadov (at this time Valery Akhadov worked on the films "The Queen's Personal Life" and "I Promised, I Will Leave"
Since 1999 - President of the creative association of young actors and directors "Alldone 007".
Prizes: laureate of the RATI competition, the V. Vysotsky, prize of the newspaper "Moskovsky Komsomolets" for the best directorial debut, the festival "Theater Square" (the play "The Master and Margarita" by M. Bulgakov).
In 2009 he became the director of the program "Thank God you came!" on STS!
