Peter Facinelli (b. November 26, 1973) is an American actor best known for his role as Donovan ("Van") Ray in the TV series "Crime Race", as well as the role of Carlisle Cullen in the movie "Twilight". He was born and raised in New York City to an Italian immigrant family and attended a theater school in the same city. He is married to actress Jenny Garth and has three children.
