Born on December 7, 1933, the city of Rybachy, Kirghiz SSR. Graduated from the Music and Choreographic School named after I. M. Kurenkeeva (1954), an accelerated full course of the acting department of GITIS (1957). Since 1957 - artist of the Kyrgyz Academic Drama Theater. People's Artist of the Kirghiz SSR (1977) .
He passed away on February 9, 2003. Buried at the Ala-Archinsky cemetery in Bishkek. His wife, Aigul Umuralieva, became the director and art director of the Bishkek City Drama Theater named after Arsen Umuraliev.
