Born December 14, 1948, Leningrad - cameraman.
In 1968 he graduated from the faculty of equipment for cinema installations of the Leningrad Film Technical School, in 1976 - from the camera department of VGIK, workshop of A. Galperin, M. Pilikhina. Since 1976 - director of photography at the Lenfilm film studio. Since 2009 he has been a teacher at the Higher School of Directors and Scriptwriters in St. Petersburg.
