Born October 24, 1966, Denver, Colorado, USA - American actor, producer of Lakota and Irish descent.
Raised in a family of a Lakotka Hunkpapa mother and an Irish father.
He grew up near Browning, Montana, where his father worked in Glacier National Park for the National Park Service. He frequently visited the Blackfeet Indian Reservation, where his mother had grown up, and often lived with his grandparents on weekends and on longer visits.
McClarnon has a twin brother.
McClarnon graduated from Omaha Central High School in 1986.
McClarnon's got its start with a local production of the rock opera Jesus Christ Superstar at the Chanticleer Theater in Council Bluffs, Iowa.
