In 1948, on September 1, on such a remarkable day in the life of every schoolchild, student or teacher in Kazan, a charming little boy was born, who was given the name Albert. The boy's father was a former officer who took an active part in the battles that took place during the Great Patriotic War.
Since childhood, Albert Asadullin strove for art with his soul, therefore after school he entered the art school, having successfully graduated from it. After that, the guy decided to continue his education at the Academy of Arts, where in 1974 he received an academician diploma with a degree in architecture. Here he sang for the first time in an ensemble called Ghosts. The very next year, Albert decides to take up singing at a professional level and, after a while, received an invitation from Singing Guitars to take part in the first rock opera of the Soviet Union, which is called Orpheus and Eurydice. After a stunning success, Asadullin continues to tour the Soviet Union with VIA.
Participation in such a successful show provided the artist with regular invitations to rock performances. Thus, the roles of Albert Asadullin can be seen in the following performances: The Flemish Legend (the role of Thiel Ulenspiegel, 1978); Race (main role, 1979). 1979 was marked for the artist and receiving the prestigious title of Laureate of the first and second prizes of an international competition called the Golden Orpheus. This allowed Albert to start his solo career and travel around the country with concerts. In 1988 he was awarded the honorary title of Honored Artist of the RSFSR.
Since 2010, you can watch Albert Asadullin in the musical The Nameless Star, where the actor got the main role of Morin Miroyu. In 2012, Albert and a group called Minus Trills released a program with songs of the peoples of the world, which was included in the WORLD MUSIC cycle.
