PETER CHERNIN lived and worked in Los Angeles for almost ten years, where he managed to change several production companies and studios. As president of Denise Di Novi's Warner Bros.-based company, he has sourced, developed and directed approximately fifty films. In the 1999 special issue of The Hollywood Reporter's "Leaders of the Next Generation," he was called "a talent worth seeing." Returning to the UK in 2005, Pete co-founded Blueprint Pictures with Graham Broadbent. He has produced a number of films, including GHOSTS, which was released in 2007, and BOTTOM BOTTOM IN THE BRUGUES by Martin McDonagh with Colin Farrell and Brandon Gleason, funded by Focus and Film Four. .
Chernin is currently in the post-production process for NOW IS GOOD, which Blueprint directed this summer with Dakota Fanning and Jeremy Irwin. The film is based on a script and production by Ola Parker based on the popular novel Before I Die by Jenny Downham.
