Konstantin Bronzit - biography, date of birth, place of birth, filmography, clips.
In 1983 he graduated from the art school. Ioganson at the Repin Institute of Painting, Sculpture and Architecture. After school, he went to work as an animator in the animation workshop of the Lennauchfilm studio, where he shot his first cartoon, Carousel (collection Very Little Tragedies, 1988) .
In 1992 he graduated from the Faculty of Design (evening department) of the St. Petersburg Higher School of Industrial Art named after V. Mukhina. In 1995 he graduated from the animation film directing department of the Higher Directing Courses at VGIK (workshop of Fyodor Khitruk, graduated in 1995)
In 1993-1995 he studied and worked as a screenwriter, director and animator at the Pilot studio, where he created several short cartoons: Chew (1993), Knock-knock (1993), Dummy (1994). Alexander Tatarsky called him the best student.
In 1996-1999 he worked at the St. Petersburg studio "Positive-TV", director of many commercials and TV screensavers (among them - the advertisement for "Tea Milford", MTV screensaver in Russia) .
In 1998 he lived and worked in France (studio "Folimage", cartoon "At the End of the Earth"). Since 1999 - at the Melnitsa animation studio (St. Petersburg), where, as a chief consultant and artistic director, he took part in the work on the full-length animation projects Adventures in the Emerald City and Dwarf Nose. Since 2003 he has been teaching at the St. Petersburg State University of Cinema and Television at the directing department. Member of the French Film Academy "Cesar" and the Russian Academy of Cinematic Arts "Nika".
