She was born on November 1, 1917 in Nikolaev (Ukraine). Already at the age of six, Nyuta began to appear on the stage of the Nikolaev Jewish Theater, which was directed by her father Girsh Lisyansky. His sister Dora Lisyanskaya and his wife Sofya Dyshlis were also an actress. In the early 1920s G.Ya. Lisyansky already had his own theater, which played in the club named after Ya Sverdlov. Here Nyusya Lisyanskaya began to appear on the stage, and in 1926 she was already noticed by the press. In 1932, Anna Lisyanskaya entered the theater studio at the Kiev Youth Theater, which she graduated in 1936. So she became an actress. In 1934-1936 she performed on the stage of the Kiev Operetta Theater Returning home, she worked for two seasons in the Nikolaev Youth Theater. In 1938 she received an invitation to the Kiev Youth Theater. Since 1949 Lisyanskaya has been an actress of the Leningrad Academic Drama Theater named after I. A.S. Pushkin. Since 1967 she has been an artist of the Leningrad Musical Comedy Theater. With the latest works, Jewish characters return to her theatrical life. At the Experiment Theater, she prepared a solo performance "Odessa Wedding" based on M. Zhvanetsky, Dm. Astrakhan invites Lisyanskaya to the film "Go away!" I. Babel for the role of Madame Weiner.
Since 1993 she lived with relatives in Israel. She died on December 2, 1999, and was buried in the cemetery of the city of Arad (Israel).
