Born December 15, 1963 - American film actress, songwriter and songwriter.
As a teenager, she began acting in commercials. She made her debut as an actress on ABC's Afterschool Special. She played her first big role in Supergirl in 1984. In the following years she played the main roles in the comedies "Ruthless People", "The Secret of My Success", "City Slickers" and others. Since the late 1980s, she began to appear on television more. Currently (2012) plays in the TV series "The Game of Lies" .
In the 2000s, she recorded three music albums on which she sings and performs her compositions on the piano. Also plays on the theater stage. Together with Gina Gershon, she founded The Naked Angels, a New York theater troupe (1987).
Since 1989 she has been married to Robert Watzke (film editor). Their family had a daughter, Hannah Nika (1995).
